Orders & Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Free standard delivery on all UK orders. Next-day and select-a-day options are available at checkout, with prices shown before you pay.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the UK. Exact options and any regional surcharges are shown at checkout based on your address.
How will my bulky items be delivered?
Bulky items like baths and shower enclosures are kerbside-delivered and fully tracked from dispatch to your doorstep. You will receive delivery updates by email.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Signed-in customers can see order status in their account. Guests can track their order at Track Order using the order number and email address provided at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 365 days from delivery to return unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damage. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Please keep the original packaging.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Do you price-match?
Yes, via our Lowest Price Guarantee. Contact us with a link to the competitor’s live price and we will match it.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. All prices on the site include UK VAT at the applicable rate.
Are the products genuine?
Yes. We supply only brand-new stock from trusted UK brands including Mira, Hansgrohe, Roca, Ideal Standard, Bristan, Grohe, Triton and RAK Ceramics.
Account & Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna and Apple Pay.
Is it safe to order?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s PCI-compliant checkout, and we never see or store your card details.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account saves your addresses and lets you track orders from your dashboard.
I forgot my password — what do I do?
Go to the account sign-in page and use the “Forgot password” link. We will email you a reset link.
